Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the on-site operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances, administration, and risk, ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise all staff, develop annual budgets, implement marketing plans, and drive resident satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; CAM/ARM certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Excellent leadership and hospitality-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community on-site under Regional Manager supervision.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff with consistent techniques.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financial reports.
• Promote resident satisfaction, retention programs, and timely service responses.
• Ensure leasing, marketing plans, and compliance with company policies.
• Plan for resource use and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
