Job summary

Asset Living in Amarillo, TX seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions at a housing community under the Community Manager. You will help manage rent collections, budgeting, leasing, and staff supervision to ensure smooth property performance.

This on-site role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of housing laws and OSHA basics, and a commitment to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in housing industry or related training preferred.
• Ability to understand onsite software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income for residents accurately and timely.
• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable.
• Monitor bad debt and file evictions as needed.
• Assist with budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI.
• Lead leasing efforts and resident move-ins/out.
