Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a housing community on-site under the regional manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and finances while ensuring safety and fair housing compliance.

You will develop annual operating plans, monitor rent collections and vendor invoices, and lead resident retention programs. Regular on-site attendance and leadership responsibility are essential in this role with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community onsite under supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor deposits, rent collections, and charges.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Head emergency team for the property and ensure timely responses to emergencies.
• Plan marketing strategies, leases, and resident retention programs.
