Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management on-site, ensuring compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include developing annual budgets, monitoring rent collections and expenses, and implementing resident retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years of housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all on-site operations for the housing community.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, leasing plans and marketing strategies.
• Monitor leasing and maintenance workflows to optimize resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate emergency response and maintain property condition.
