Qualifications

• Experience managing housing communities on-site and coordinating staff.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation for on-call duties.

Responsabilités

• Oversee personnel, leasing, maintenance and finances on-site.
• Schedule staff and manage performance with HR guidance.
• Process deposits, rent collections and vendor invoices promptly.
• Lead emergency response and ensure safety compliance.
• Show, lease, and move in residents with strong customer service.
