Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management for the property.

Responsibilities include budgeting, marketing, resident relations, and ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines. Strong leadership and on-site management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site staff and daily operations.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop annual operating budgets and monitor finances.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Lead emergency response and safety procedures.
