Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee residential communities on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial operations, ensuring compliance with policy, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will develop annual operating plans, monitor budgets, manage rent collections, and lead resident retention efforts while delivering exceptional customer service and community standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management and on-site staff supervision.
• Attend on-site daily operations; supervise leasing, maintenance and administration.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits and vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Lead resident retention programs and ensure guest satisfaction.
