Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years minimum experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Performs daily financial operations: collecting rent, posting payments, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Operates property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata) accurately and maintains data integrity.
• Reviews resident files to identify unpaid or late fees; communicates with residents and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Reviews vendor invoices, codes charges, and coordinates approvals between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Follows eviction procedures as required by law and company policy; handles move-outs and deposits accordingly.
• Supports leasing and marketing efforts by greeting prospective residents and assisting with applications and credit checks.
