Gallery Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support the Community Director in managing financial and operational aspects of a multifamily community. Responsibilities include rental collections, accounts payable, and monthly close-out reporting using the property management system.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the on-site team, vendor coordination, and adherence to company procedures to maximize revenue and occupancy while maintaining resident satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years in multifamily operations.
• Experience with accounting, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi and/or OneSite).

Responsabilidades

• Collects and posts rent and payments; prepares daily deposits and financial reports.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices; coordinates with accounting and owners.
• Enters bills into the property accounting system and files documents.
• Reviews resident accounts for delinquencies and enforces leases to maximize revenue.
• Assists in eviction procedures and move-outs per policy.
• Supports leasing/marketing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Provides timely responses to resident questions and maintains service levels.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in Community Director’s absence.
