Gallery Residential in Houston, TX is seeking an Associate Community Director to support the Community Director in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community. You will handle rent collection, deposits, reporting, and use the property management system to record all financial activity.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, managing delinquencies, coordinating maintenance with the on-site team, and assisting in leasing and resident relations to meet occupancy goals.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 2 years of multifamily industry experience.
• Ability to manage rent collection, invoicing, deposits, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in property management software (preferably Yardi and OneSite).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs daily financial operations including rent collection, deposits, and posting payments.
• Reviews and processes invoices, codes costs, and liaises with vendors and owners.
• Enters bills into the accounting system and ensures proper filing and reporting.
• Monitors delinquencies and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Supports on-site supervision and coordinates maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Assists in leasing activities and resident relations as needed.
