Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors on-site team through goals and daily huddles.
• Hires, onboards and trains team; manages performance per policy.
• Maintains owner/client relationships; provides updates on property performance.
• Develops budgets and analyzes financial statements to guide decisions.
• Sets rent/fees to meet revenue targets; prepares monthly financial status reports.
• Manages invoices and ensures insurance certificates and codes are correct.
• Analyzes market trends to implement leasing strategies; strives for occupancy goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and handles service issues promptly.
• Ensures maintenance adheres to company standards and safety.
