Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations: collect rents, post payments, and prepare deposits.
• Process invoices, code charges, and liaise with vendors and accounting.
• Review resident files to identify delinquencies and enforce leases to maximize revenue.
• Assist on-site supervision, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support leasing/marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
