Job summary

Gallery Residential seeks an Associate Community Director to support the Community Director in overseeing financial and operating aspects of the property. You will handle rent collection, invoicing, bank deposits, and reporting using the property management system.

You will engage with residents, coordinate with the on-site team, and participate in leasing efforts to meet revenue and occupancy targets. Strong knowledge of property accounting and client communication is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management operations and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable and banking activities.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/One Site).

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, fees and payments and processes deposits.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices with proper coding.
• Manages delinencies and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assists leasing and marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in absence of Community Manager.
• Maintains resident satisfaction and handles service requests.
