Qualifications

• Experience in property management and residential multi-housing business principles.
• Ability to plan, budget, and manage financial performance for a property.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors on-site team; sets goals and conducts daily huddles.
• Hires, onboards, trains staff and manages performance per policy.
• Maintains client/owner relationships with updates and property performance info.
• Develops budgets by analyzing financial statements and marketing data.
• Sets rents, ensures collection, deposits, and monthly reporting.
• Manages vendor invoices and ensures insurance and coding accuracy.
• Gathers market data and implements leasing/marketing strategies.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and timely service resolution.
• Ensures maintenance teams meet company standards and safety.
• Conducts property inspections and ensures appearance and safety.
• Completes accounting, admin tasks, and other duties as assigned.
• Oversees lease enforcement, notices, evictions, and late fees.
