Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, fees, and payments; posts transactions and prepares bank deposits.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices; codes charges and communicates with stakeholders.
• Prepares monthly financial reports and supports accounting close.
• Enforces lease terms and collects delinquencies to maximize revenue.
• Assists in leasing and marketing activities to support occupancy goals.
• Supervises daily tasks in the Community Director's absence and coordinates maintenance.
