Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Community Director to lead the on-site team at a multi-family property, drive financial performance, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies. You will attract and develop staff, manage client/owner relationships, and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, vendor management, and maintaining high standards of service, safety, and appearance.

Qualifications

• College degree is optional.
• Progressive levels of accountability in property management and residential multi-housing principles.
• Sales, customer service, revenue/expense management, and financial business planning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors property on-site team; sets goals and conducts daily huddles.
• Hires, onboards and trains team; manages performance according to policies.
• Manages client/owner relationships; conducts property tours and reports on performance.
• Develops budgets by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Monitors rent collection, deposits and financial status reports.
• Reviews invoices; ensures insurance certificates and proper coding.
• Analyzes market trends to implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and timely response to service requests.
• Oversees maintenance standards and safety compliance.
• Conducts property inspections to maintain aesthetics and safety.
• Completes accounting, financial and administrative reports.
• Enforces lease policies and conducts inspections; manages notices and charges.
• Maintains predictable attendance and physical demands.
