Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and empathy with customers.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Wi-Fi changes, package inquiries, and directions within the center.
• Set up projectors and help customers use equipment in meeting rooms.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and proper charging for services rendered.
• Plan and assist with center events and networking activities for customers.
