Job summary

You’ll manage inquiries, help with IT setup, handle packages, coordinate events, and ensure billing accuracy while keeping the center welcoming and productive for members and visitors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, adaptable and able to handle fast-changing situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, directions and service setup.
• Open service tickets and coordinate with center teams.
• Take care of billing and invoicing for services used in the center.
• Help organize events and prepare notices and posters.
• Support printing, Wi‑Fi changes, and meeting room needs.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming center environment throughout the day.
