Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to deliver comprehensive workplace support across reception, hospitality, mail, copy, and facilities for client offices. You will ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high service standards across multiple sites within a defined market.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and reliability to cover shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a customer service role.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Flexibility to work all 8hr shifts 7:00 am–7:00 pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Reception: answer calls, route to the appropriate person, greet visitors.
• Hospitality: manage conference rooms, kitchens, and supplies; ensure cleanliness.
• Mail: meter, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
• Copy: produce copy/print/scan per instructions.
• Floor coordination and facilities: stock supplies, assist with small moves, coordinate with client contacts.
