Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to provide hands-on workplace support at client sites in the Atlanta area. This onsite role covers mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities tasks to keep offices running smoothly.

You’ll handle mail distribution, copy projects, visitor reception, conference room upkeep, and basic facilities tasks while adapting to different client environments. A reliable driver’s license and flexible shift availability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years’ work experience in a customer services field.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work all shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule.
• Copy Services: accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions.
• Reception: answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person; greet visitors.
• Hospitality Services: coordination and upkeep of conference rooms, common areas and kitchens.
• Floor Coordination: upkeep of copy rooms, stocking general supplies, and daily maintenance.
• Facilities Services: may include minor office moves, cleaning, and equipment coordination.
• Flexibility to cover absences and vacations with varying weekly schedules.
