Job summary

Opensity Solutions in McLean, VA is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to deliver integrated workplace services onsite across mail, copy, reception, hospitality and facilities. You will support daily operations in client office environments and adapt to multiple sites within the defined market.

This non-exempt role requires a high school diploma and 1+ year in customer service or related fields, with basic knowledge of office equipment and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or related roles preferred.
• Basic proficiency with office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform mail services including metering, sorting, tracking, and distributing mail and accountable packages.
• Provide copy, print, and scan services according to written instructions and client requests.
• Support reception by answering incoming calls, routing inquiries appropriately, and greeting visitors.
• Deliver hospitality services including conference room setup, cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintaining common areas and kitchens.
• Ensure meeting rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
• Manage inventory and distribution of kitchen and office supplies, including ordering replenishments.
• Assist with general facilities support including small office moves, hanging items, and workspace adjustments.
• Communicate facility-related issues to client contacts and resolve service needs.
