Job summary

Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking Client Support Specialists to join our Call Center Team in Pleasanton. You will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, deliver exceptional customer service, and support both existing and new customers by solving their needs.

We offer hourly pay of $21–$26.99 plus uncapped commissions, paid time off, health and retirement benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1 year Call Center experience preferred.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and CRM systems.
• Must type a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to gather information, schedule appointments, and log call outcomes in client database.
• Use provided leads to make outbound calls to offer our products and services.
• Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Enter accurate and detailed records of client interactions and actions taken.
• Strong judgement skills to make sound business decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic manner.
• Ability to work shifts that include evenings and weekends.
• Service Titan experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at Service Champions, Pleasanton Support Center
• Handle outbound calls to existing customers

• Use a solutions-based approach to solve client needs

• Escalate customer concerns as needed
