Service Champions is seeking Client Support Specialists to join our Pleasanton call center team. You will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, book appointments, and use a solutions-based approach to satisfy customer needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year Call Center experience preferred.
• Strong sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Must type a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to log call outcomes and schedule appointments in the client database.
• Use provided leads for outbound calls and upsell opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and document interactions clearly.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at Service Champions, Pleasanton Support Center.
• Handle outbound calls to existing customers.
• Book appointments with high conversion rates.
• Use a solutions-based approach to address client needs.
• Answer inbound calls promptly.
• Escalate customer concerns as needed.
• Meet productivity targets while delivering high quality service.
