Job summary

Service Champions in Pleasanton is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our call center team. You will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, book appointments, and apply a solutions-based approach to meet client needs.

The role requires strong sales experience, solid communication, and CRM proficiency, with shift flexibility including evenings and weekends. Join a locally owned heating and air company that values integrity, ongoing training, and employee growth in a dynamic work

Qualifications

• 1 year Call Center experience preferred.
• Strong SALES experience and background preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft, Word, Outlook, CRM systems.
• Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM, with multiple monitors.
• Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills and strong written/verbal communication.
• Ability to schedule appointments, log call outcomes, and upsell where appropriate.
• Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at Service Champions, Pleasanton Support Center.
• Handle outbound calls to existing customers.
• Book appointments at a high conversion rate.
• Use a solutions-based approach to solve client needs.
• Accept inbound calls promptly and escalate concerns as needed.
• Aim for productivity goals while maintaining high quality.
• Log detailed client interactions in the CRM.
