Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and drive the strategic evolution of client programs. You will lead daily recruitment activities, manage KPIs and SLAs, and position teams for ongoing success through strong client relationships and enterprise-wide collaboration.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, delivering quarterly business reviews, and aligning with the client’s objectives while also pricing and selling staffing services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 5+ years in a relevant role.
• Minimum 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalate client questions.
• Grow and retain accounts; build relationships with HR and Operations.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Manage recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and perm placements.
• Maintain knowledge of client industries, roles, and competition.
