Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and align with the client’s business objectives. You will lead recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and foster a collaborative partnership with the client.

The role focuses on strategic evolution of the client program, ensuring high client satisfaction, and positioning teams for ongoing success through KPI-driven performance and value delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction and strong client management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and policy development.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain accounts through strong relationships.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temp, and perm placements.
• Lead daily recruitment activities and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and participate in Thought Leadership.
• Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
