Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalate issues. You will drive the strategic evolution of the client program, manage daily recruitment activities, and ensure alignment with KPIs and SLAs.

You will lead recruitment teams, build strong client relationships, and position programs for ongoing success while pricing and selling staffing solutions. Strong communication and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of maintaining customer satisfaction and expanding client relationships.
• Ability to price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent placement).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and develop effective relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and business reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership (Director/VP).
• Monitor and optimize KPIs, SLAs, and fill rates to maximize NPS scores.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and contribute to thought leadership.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and expectations.
• Price and sell staffing services (temps, conversions, perm).
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, roles, and competition.
