Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager who serves as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. You will drive long-term program evolution, align with client objectives, and lead recruitment/fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.

In this role, you will build trusted relationships with client contacts, manage a recruiting team, and position our services to maximize fill rates and NPS scores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction, expanded responsibilities, and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building strong client relationships with HR and operations teams.
• Achieve and maintain high client satisfaction through surveys and business reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business/performance reviews to senior leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent placement).
• Ensure client requirements are met and aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
