Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact and drive the strategic evolution of client programs in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily recruitment activities, align with client objectives, and ensure successful delivery of workforce solutions.

You will build relationships with HR and Operations, manage a recruitment team, and lead performance reviews to sustain high client satisfaction, while pricing and delivering temporary and permanent staffing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider environment.
• Proven track record in achieving customer satisfaction and expanding account scope.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building strong relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Meet or exceed client satisfaction targets through regular surveys and business reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly performance reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent placements) to meet client needs.
• Manage recruitment teams and ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
• Develop knowledge of target industries and competitive landscape to articulate value proposition.
