Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and drive alignment with the client’s objectives. You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and foster collaboration to ensure ongoing success.

In this role you’ll manage relationships with HR, operations, and procurement, grow the accounts, and position our services to meet client needs while maintaining high levels of satisfaction and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth.
• Strong track record in customer service levels and achieving KPIs/SLAs.
• Experience leading recruitment or service teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building strong client relationships.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
• Price and sell services, including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Maintain knowledge of client industries, roles, and market trends.
• Ensure delivery aligns with KPIs, SLAs and client expectations.
