Formación

• Good computer skills and technical knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Required to obtain necessary security clearances.

• Inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Review and respond to management and client requests.
• Contribute to the Site Procedure Guide.
• Oversee workflow and job balance between staff.
• Serve as the main point of contact to the client.
