Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services in Sheridan, WY is hiring a Client Project Manager 1 to own projects end-to-end, ensuring environmental samples are collected, analyzed, and reported to meet client requirements. This onsite role supports projects up to $2M in revenue, depending on experience and assignments.

You will onboard clients, build strong relationships, monitor progress, and coordinate with lab operations to keep timelines on track while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, biology, or related field or equivalent combination.
• At least 2 years of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients by providing training on products and setting up client data in LIMS.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary contact.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Monitor sample progress and ensure project timelines are followed.
• Coordinate with lab operations to ensure timely project execution.
• Provide ongoing education to maximize product and service utilization.
• Manage end-to-end project communication, status reporting, and invoicing.
• Support retention and renewal strategies in collaboration with sales.
