This full-time onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a salary between $44,000 and $48,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients with training and set up client data in LIMS.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary contact.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor sample progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Coordinate with lab departments for timely execution and issue resolution.
• Provide education to maximize product and service utilization.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with teams.
• Lead project planning with lab operations, sales, and clients.
• Identify, track, and resolve project issues promptly.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Manage end-to-end communication, status reporting, and invoicing closeout.
• Contribute to departmental efficiency and Pace's mission.
