Job summary

Pace® is seeking a Client Project Manager in Florida to own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring samples are collected, analyzed, and reported per client requirements. You will onboard clients, train teams, and manage data setup in LIMS, while maintaining key client relationships and driving project success.

You will coordinate across lab operations, sales, and clients to meet timelines, pricing, and quality standards, while identifying opportunities to grow account revenue and improve service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or related field or equivalent.
• Two years of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for multiple projects.
• Excellent communication to engage clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify issues and drive solutions.
• High attention to detail with focus on accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end projects, ensuring environmental samples are handled per client requirements.
• Onboard clients with training and set up client data in LIMS.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary contact.
• Monitor progress and ensure timelines, pricing, and communications are aligned.
• Coordinate with lab operations, sales, and clients to resolve issues.
• Provide ongoing education to maximize product and service utilization.
• Track client health and develop renewal strategies with sales and operations.
• Identify upsell opportunities and communicate findings to teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage project communications, status reporting, and closeout activities.
