Job summary

Pace® is seeking a Client Project Manager to own end-to-end projects, ensuring environmental samples are collected, analyzed, and reported per client requirements. This role drives cross-functional collaboration across lab operations, sales, and clients to deliver on-time, accurate results.

You will onboard new clients, train on products, monitor progress, manage pricing in LIMS, and maintain strong customer relationships while aiming to minimize churn and maximize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Two (2) years of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients by providing training on products and services and set up client data in LIMS.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as primary contact for inquiries and escalations.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Monitor sample progress to keep project timelines on track.
• Coordinate with lab departments to ensure timely project execution and issue resolution.
• Provide ongoing education to clients to maximize product and service utilization.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and communicate findings to sales and operations.
• Lead project planning with lab ops, sales, and clients; ensure correct pricing and clear communication.
• Identify, track, and resolve project issues promptly.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements; incorporate feedback for improvement.
• Manage end-to-end project communication and closeout activities; coordinate invoicing.
• Contribute to departmental efficiency through active participation as a team member.
