Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Client Project Manager 1 for an onsite, full-time position in Sheridan, WY, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. You will own end-to-end projects, ensuring environmental samples are collected, analyzed, documented, and reported in accordance with client requirements.

The role requires onboarding clients, building relationships, coordinating with lab operations, maintaining timelines, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, chemistry, biology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients with training and set up client data in LIMS.
• Build long-term client relationships and act as primary contact.
• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Monitor sample progress and ensure project timelines.
• Coordinate with lab departments for timely execution.
• Provide ongoing education to maximize product use.
• Identify upselling opportunities and coordinate with sales/ops.
• Lead project planning with lab, sales, and clients.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and client requirements.
• Manage end-to-end project communication and closeout.
• Contribute to team efficiency and Pace's mission.
