Job summary

Pace is seeking a Client Project Manager to own end-to-end projects, ensuring environmental samples are collected, analyzed, documented, and reported to client specifications. You will manage projects up to $2M revenue, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with lab operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality results.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving while partnering with sales and operations to drive client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or related field, or equivalent
• Two years of customer service or client-facing experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and set up client data in LIMS
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact
• Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor sample progress and project timelines in the lab
• Coordinate with lab operations and sales to ensure timely delivery of projects
