Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC is seeking a Client Project Manager 1 for an onsite role in Sheridan, WY. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a salary of $44,000–$48,000 per year, dependent on experience and location.

You will own projects end-to-end, from onboarding to reporting, ensuring client requirements and data quality are met. You will build long-term client relationships, coordinate with lab operations, and provide proactive guidance to optimize service delivery and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, chemistry, biology, or related field.
2 years of customer service or client-facing experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Onboard new clients with training on products/services and set up client data in LIMS.
Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as primary contact for inquiries and escalations.
Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
Monitor sample progress to ensure project timelines are met.
Coordinate with lab departments to ensure timely project execution and issue resolution.
Lead project planning and ensure accurate setup in LIMS, pricing, and clear communication.
Identify upsell opportunities and communicate findings to sales and operations.
Manage end-to-end project communication, status reporting, and client satisfaction.
