Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs in New York and to align with the client’s business objectives, delivering a collaborative, high‑trust partnership.

You will oversee the strategic evolution of the client program, manage daily recruitment and fulfillment, monitor KPIs and SLAs, price and sell services, and grow and retain accounts while enhancing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and expanded responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective working relationships with key client contacts.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Manage daily recruitment and fulfillment activities.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while pursuing process innovation.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent).
• Grow and retain accounts and develop new clients.
