Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver service levels.
• Experience coordinating recruitment and staffing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and foster client growth.
• Create relationships with HR and Operations contacts.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Present quarterly business/performance reviews to leadership.
• Adopt company values in service delivery.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate and NPS scores.
