Job summary

The Adecco Group in New York is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and align activities with the client’s business objectives. You will drive collaboration and ensure the program’s long-term evolution through daily recruitment management and KPI tracking.

As a trusted partner, you will maintain client relationships, oversee analytics and reporting, and position teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction as evidenced by surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement) when appropriate.
• Build knowledge of target industries, client roles, market share, and competition.
