Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in the New York area to serve as the primary client contact and drive the long-term evolution of client programs. You will lead daily recruitment/fulfillment activities, monitor KPIs, and develop collaborative strategies with client teams to optimize performance.

Grow and retain accounts, build strong relationships with HR/Operations, and drive high client satisfaction while pricing and selling services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with significant managerial/supervisory experience in service provision.
• Proven track record managing client relationships, KPIs, and service levels.
• Ability to lead recruitment teams in fast-paced environments and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Price and sell services while aiming to maximize fill rate and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of client industries, roles, and competition to articulate value proposition.
• Ensure SLAs are met and client requirements are fulfilled; act as escalation point for issues.
