Job summary

The Onsite Manager at The Adecco Group serves as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and is responsible for aligning with the client’s business objectives. You will oversee the strategic, long-term evolution of the client program, directing daily recruitment activities and ensuring KPI/SLA targets are met.

Responsibilities include growing and retaining accounts, building strong client relationships with HR and Operations, and presenting regular reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and managing large client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions and concerns.
• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations.
• Lead recruitment/fulfillment activities and manage KPI/SLA performance.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary, and permanent placements.
