Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our Adecco programs and escalate issues quickly. You will align with client objectives and drive the long-term evolution of the program.

Responsibilities include managing recruitment activities, meeting KPIs/SLAs, and growing the client base while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. This role emphasizes strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Experience leading recruitment teams and meeting KPIs/SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster growth.
• Achieve and maintain high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Build a network through professional associations and industry contacts.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Demonstrate company values in client-centric service delivery.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate, time-to-fill, and NPS scores.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and participate in Thought Leadership activities.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temp and perm placements.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, and competition.
• Innovate processes and meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Plan to grow and retain accounts and new clients.
• Report and interpret data trends to stakeholders.
• Understand Adecco's service portfolio and pricing opportunities.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and expectations.
• Serve as escalation point for Client, Procurement, Operations, HR managers.
• Ensure agreemented requirements and SLAs are met.
• Obtain credit references and manage client credit limits.
• Know the TOM and use it to strengthen relationships.
• Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
