Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager who will serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs, align with the client’s business objectives, and drive a collaborative partnership. You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and position teams for ongoing success.

You will build strong client relationships, conduct regular business reviews, and demonstrate a client-centric approach while ensuring SLA targets are met and retention remains high across accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact and escalation point.
• Lead recruitment/fulfillment activities and manage KPIs/SLAs.
• Build and maintain client relationships with HR, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions and placement.
• Drive account growth and retain clients while optimizing fill rate and time-to-fill.
