Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and to drive ongoing collaboration with the client’s leadership. This role focuses on aligning with business objectives, and managing daily recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.

The role includes relationship-building with HR/Operations, conducting quarterly business reviews, and retaining clients while maximizing fill rates, time-to-fill, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years in related work.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service-provider environment preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and growth of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Maintain high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
• Retain clients while optimizing fill rate, time-to-fill, and NPS scores.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temp and perm placements).
• Lead recruitment teams and align with client goals.
