Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and relationship management.
• Experience leading recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop and manage KPIs and SLAs to drive performance.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts through effective client relationships.
• Maintain high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Price and sell staffing services, including temp and perm placements.
• Lead recruitment teams to meet time-to-fill and fill-rate targets.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and SLAs.
