Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager in California to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential community, lead leasing and maintenance teams, and drive occupancy and financial performance in line with company policies.

You will manage budgets, review invoices, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other laws, and foster resident satisfaction through timely service and proactive maintenance coordination.

Qualifications

• M.Ed or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Knowledge of equity and inclusion laws (FERPA, Title IX, ADA).
• Ability to implement problem solving strategies to manage residential challenges.
• Compassionate and diplomatic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated with leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop budgets by analyzing financial statements and marketing data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and collecting payments.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement and renewal processes.
• Engage with housing officials and university partners on policies.
• Analyze market trends to inform marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and ensure timely maintenance responses.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards.
• Supervise staff, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Assist in managing client/owner relationships with updates and tours.
