Job summary

Greystar in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of an apartment community of 85 units, Monday‑Friday with weekend availability. You will manage the property team, budgets, leasing, and compliance with housing laws, while ensuring service excellence and financial targets.

You will lead leasing, enforcement of leases, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight, aiming to maximize occupancy and revenue while delivering outstanding resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets by analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Oversee lease enforcement, renewals, and inspections; manage notices and evictions.
• Lead property staff hiring, orientation, training, and performance management.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained property standards and resident satisfaction.
