Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
• 4–6 years minimum experience in property management, sales, marketing and customer service
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead and work in a team

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned property and oversee the team
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financials, and review monthly status reports
• Oversee lease processes, rent collection, and enforcement of lease terms
• Supervise staff, hire and train employees, and manage performance
• Coordinate with owners/clients and provide updates on property performance
• Ensure maintenance and safety standards compliance and regular inspections
